"Great massage therapist who takes care of her clients goals and explains everything in detail so we have a better knowledge and understanding of how our body works. Sheryl is personable and professional, making you feel at ease the minute she enters the room. She is an excellent communicator and passionate about her profession and I continue to be impressed and humbled by the level of service and attention I receive from her." - Monica
"You are personable and professional all while giving a great massage. " - Heather
" I’ve been seeing Sheryl for years, even when she was in school getting her license. I have seen other therapists when Sheryl is fully booked or when we can’t make our schedules work and those experiences are constant reminders why I go to Sheryl in the first place. Her dedication to my issues and knowledge of current practice is far superior to a lot of RMTs out there. I recommend my friends to Sheryl on a weekly basis. You won’t be disappointed." Jer
"It was a fantastic experience! Sheryl is a very knowledgable therapist who identified important areas to work on and even provided me with follow-up exercises. She asked how much pressure to apply and explained everything in detail. I feel so much better!"
Kind regards, Karina
Deep Tissue Massage reaches deeper layers of muscles. It is used to break down adhesions and relieve pressure points throughout the body. This massage is beneficial for athletes and those who sit for long periods of time.
The goal of Swedish Massage is to melt away muscle tension and increase the blood flow to your heart. Swedish Massage is extremely therapeutic as it decreases muscle toxins, increases oxygen levels in the blood, and improves flexibility in the body.
Accomplish goals and help restore health with dynamic cupping. Newbies welcome! Try it - if you don't care for it - no problem. I brought my hands along so we can ditch the cups and continue with your treatment.
I'm a busy Mom too. I appreciate efficiency, less time driving around the city and found time. Family members getting treatment while Mom sets up the Christmas tree and not having to sacrifice the Mom's schedule definitely can be a gift.
